Booking the Atrium

Tell me about

sauna etiquette

A few rules to stand by. Shower before entering the sauna and especially the cold plunge. Sit on a towel while in the sauna. Stay hydrated, ideally before and after the session. Don't overdo it, this isn’t a competition. We prefer no phones inside the Atrium, and we’re pretty confident you’ll prefer it that way too.

What do I need

to bring?

Just yourself and a bathing suit. We’ll provide the towels, shower amenities, tea and water.

Can I participate

if I'm pregnant?

You’re welcome to visit The Altar while pregnant; however, sauna and cold-plunge use during pregnancy is at your own discretion and risk. We recommend consulting with your physician first.

Can I participate

if I am unwell?

If you’re sick you’re a risk to all our other sauna bathers. It’s best for you to stay home and rest up, and we’d love to have you back when you’re fully recovered.

Booking The Practice

Tell me what I need to

know about vitamin IVs

IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and nutrients directly into your bloodstream via an intravenous drip. By bypassing the digestive system, it allows for faster and more complete nutrient absorption. It's used for various purposes including athletic performance, anti-aging, beauty enhancement, addressing nutrient deficiencies, boosting energy, supporting immunity, and hydration.

Who will be

administering

the IV?

All our IV treatments are administered in partnership with Drip Hydration and by their team of experienced Registered Nurses (RNs). Each RN works under the supervision of a Medical Director, who is a licensed MD, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.

How do I know

what's right

for me?

When you arrive for your session, you'll have a brief consultation with one of our Licensed Medical Providers. We'll discuss your individual health goals and work with you to select an appropriate IV formulation and dosage to best meet your needs.

What exactly

is NAD+?

NAD+ is a special molecule found in every cell of your body. One of the most fundamental roles of NAD+ is in cellular energy production through ATP, which is why people often feel more energetic following even just one session. NAD+ has been shown to support metabolic function as it’s involved in glucose, lipid and amino acid metabolism. It helps reduce inflammation, speed recovery from injury, supports brain health and cognitive function.

What's the difference

between NAD+ and NR?

An NAD+ IV delivers the active coenzyme directly into the bloodstream and is typically more intensely felt, with faster, more noticeable effects on energy, cognition, and recovery. An NR IV (nicotinamide riboside), which the body converts into NAD+ more gradually, results in a gentler experience. Both support cellular health, but differ in intensity and how quickly effects are perceived.

What should I expect

from a PEMF session?

The PEMF Mat is a mat which generates electromagnetic waves to gently stimulate cells and tissues. Our PEMF mats are thin, comfortable and about half the size of a typical yoga mat. Some individuals report sensations such as warmth, tingling, or a gentle pulsing sensation. Others don’t feel anything at all. The therapeutic benefits of PEMF therapy, like improved circulation, reduced pain, and enhanced cellular function, can still happen regardless of whether sensations are felt during the session.

What should I

expect from a

red light session?

Our red light panels are mounted on a stand for ease of use and to be more conveniently directed towards targeted body parts like the face, arms or legs. The experience itself is relaxing, painless and calming. The red and near-infrared light penetrates the skin to varying depths, reaching cells and tissues. This stimulation increases the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP); with more energy, cells can engage in various regenerative processes including collagen production, muscle soreness, accelerated wound healing, stimulation of hair follicles, while also having neuroprotective qualities.

What should I

expect during

compression?

You'll be seated in a comfortable position while the compression boots are placed over your legs. Once activated, the boots will inflate and deflate in a rhythmic pattern, creating a massage-like sensation. The compression starts at your extremities and moves upward, which helps to improve circulation and reduce swelling.

What should I

expect from an

HBOT session?

The HBOT chamber is an individual, hard-shell, seated capsule that gently increases air pressure, allowing a higher concentration of oxygen to dissolve into the bloodstream. This increased oxygen availability supports cellular repair, reduces inflammation, and promotes cognitive function, recovery, and nervous system health. The chamber reaches full pressure within approximately five minutes, during which you may feel the need to clear your ears, similar to flying, and you’re welcome to read, work, meditate, or rest during the session.

All about the Membership

What can I use

my membership

You can use membership credits towards Atrium passes (sauna and cold plunge), vitamin IVs, vitamin intramuscular shots, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, compression, red light panels and PEMF.

What's your

member

cancellation

policy?

Once your commitment period is passed, memberships can be canceled with a 30-day written notice submitted before the next billing cycle.

How do the lab

tests work in

the Longevity

Program?

A Registered Nurse (RN) will draw blood for both the biomarker test and the hormone labs. The genetic panel is taken using a simple saliva sample. After your test has been processed and we receive your results, we will consult with you with a complete explanation about the test. We will also answer any questions you may have about the results of your test. From there, we can customize a health plan that takes into consideration your lifestyle and personal preferences. You will also receive a full documentation of your test results along with your personal health plan.

Who leads the

Longevity

Program

consults?

Dr. Sogol Ash, NMD, MS is our in-house longevity expert, with a deep focus on functional medicine and longevity, known for bridging advanced science with practical, real-world application. She earned her medical degree with highest honors from Bastyr University and completed advanced training at USC’s Keck School of Medicine. In addition to her formal medical education, Dr. Sogol has completed extensive post-graduate training through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and other advanced programs in regenerative medicine, peptide therapies, hormone optimization, integrative dermatology and aesthetics.

What if I want

additional

services?

Once you’ve used up all your credits for the month, additional services are billed at the drop-in rate.

What if I want

additional lab

work or peptides?

If additional lab work or peptides are desired in the longevity membership, these can be added à la carte. Our medical team will review options with you in advance, including pricing, so you can make an informed decision before proceeding.

What are

peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body, helping regulate processes such as tissue repair, inflammation, metabolism, and cellular communication. They are typically administered by injection and used under medical guidance as part of a personalized protocol based on individual goals and needs.
